Mike supports the “No Budget, No Pay Act,” which says that if Congress doesn’t pass its budget and all its appropriations bills by October 1st every year, then Congress doesn’t get paid. Retroactive pay isn’t an option under the bill.

Bilodeau, a student at Greenville High School and resident of Greenville, and Michael Gerard St. Denis, a student at Phillips Exeter Academy and a resident of Auburn, will be offered an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point. Michaud nominated both students, whose appointment letters are expected to arrive in early February.
